Business listings

We list local businesses using details they have published themselves, such as their business name, trade and the town they work in. Until the owner confirms a listing we show only those basics. Phone numbers, descriptions and photos are added only once the owner has checked and agreed them.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: helping people find local trades and helping local businesses be found. If you'd rather not be listed, tell us and we'll remove your listing promptly.

When you use our forms

If you add or claim a listing we collect what you type: business name, trade, town, phone, email, website and your name. We use it to check and publish your listing and to contact you about it. We also log basic technical details (IP address, browser, country) to keep out spam.

How long we keep it

For as long as your listing is live, and up to 12 months after it is removed. Ask and we'll delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@custardpages.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Any visit counting uses a privacy-friendly tool that doesn't identify you.
